Sneaker is a canvas shoe with a pliable rubber sole, it is the kind of shoe use for sports, dance, it can also be worn as a causal with jean or chinos by women or men and youth even children. It is a good shoe that is use for most of our daily activities especially when we want to go for any activity that requires a little smartness. We wear sneakers for our personal exercise that means when we want to do some outdoor exercises like running, jogging, cart walking, etc we put on our sneakers.
Sports are very important in every one’s life, it does not have effect, and it is what we need to keep our selves physically fit. We were made to know that such activity can make us to be able to carry out all our daily activities without feeling fatigue or tiredness, in fact sport is what we need if we want our bodies fit all the time. Someone may say is sport not made for athletes alone? It is not so, it is made for everybody, as far as all desire to be healthy. Exercise helps us to be healthy, for instance one who involves himself in regular exercise will always be healthy, while one who does not will be sick often, and it is just like that naturally. When you exercise you body you will burn some calories and the unwanted waste in your body will go out through the sweat pots and urine. All this are the unwanted materials that can be harmful to ones system.
For this reason we have the subject in the secondary and primary school, to education the children the important of physical exercise, in one of the topic we have something like physical fitness as a topic, to educate the students or pupils on the importance of exercise. Now what it says is; physical fitness is a body conditioning in which an individual is able to carry out his entire daily activates without easily feeling fatigue or tiredness. In physical fitness we teach them how to handle their bodies to be able to get the required result each day.
It is expected that one who have pasted secondary and primary school level should know and practice this, it is also very important to note that everyone need physical exercise, nobody is exempted. It is for your heath and the result you will get will be of benefit to you, you will not be seeing your body as obstacles each time you want to do something that require body fitness.
You may not have a place to go for you desired body exercise, but you cannot afford to miss the opportunity of participating in little, little body exercises like walking, jogging and the rest of them. To do this you need to put spring on your step because it helps, what this mean is that you need a kind of shoe that will serve as an aid to you movement, apart from that, you need something that can protect your leg or foot from harm and the only shoe you can count on in this case is the sneakers.
